Press Portrait

“Press Portrait” is a project I created in collaboration with Sébastien Wagner, centered on magazine covers inspired by existing publications that were assigned to us: Libération, Les Inrockuptibles, and i-D (which I chose myself). The goal was to familiarize ourselves with photography, image editing, and editorial layout.
These photographs were taken by Sébastien, while I handled the post-production and layout. I edited the photos (colors, brightness, adjustments) to play with the light and give the whole thing an elegant and mysterious feel. For the layout, I drew on the graphic design elements of the reference magazines (typography, logo, headlines, barcode, credits) and adapted them to our subject.
