Chimère Graphique

During an introductory Photoshop course, we were asked to create a graphic chimera blending Orient and Occident elements. I chose to explore the theme of weapons in order to examine their symbolism. Typically associated with war and conflict, they become here a means of evoking unity, dialogue, and peace among peoples. I thus created two hybrid weapon designs, presented as a triptych and then placed in context on the cover of a fictional book. These publications embody this fusion of Orient and Occident, combining an Oriental publishing house with Occidental writing style, and vice versa.
